If you are a client and are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received or about any bill we render, you should contact the partner handling your matter who can, if applicable, initiate our complaints procedure. If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you may be entitled to ask the Legal Ombudsman (PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ, www.legalombudsman.org.uk  0300 555 0333) to consider your complaint. Normally, eligible complainants will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about the complaint.
